City Districts and Locations

The White District
This district is where the High Council and Adminstrator lives. There is a check point with a two white guard towers and iron wrought walls surrounded by tarn wire. Past that each house is surrounded by it's own protection of gating.
Gardens of the City
The city is working on expanding it's many gardens. From the under passage garden walk way, to the water gardens provided by the aqueducts. We also have a gardens for the children of Torcadino, from toys for them to play with to seeing animals cut out of shrubbery.
Entertainers District
When the Administrator arrived to this district it was in ruins from burnt theaters, to fountains destroyed and overgrowth of foliage now the plaza itself is being repaired along with the theater.
Scribes District
The Admininistrator long ago of Torcadino had a fondness of knowledge thus he had created the Scribes District, when arriving this was the one part of the city that was still kept up by those that had stayed after the homestone had been taken. Naelin Paredil the new administrator has promised to continue to bring knowledge to Torcadino and restore the buildings of the Scribes District.
Warriors Academy
Warriors Academy is Under Renovations and Reconstruction.
